Bates to referee Chesterfield Game

Tony Bates from Staffordshire is to referee Saturday's game at Edgar Street when Chesterfield are the visitors.

Bates took charge of the FA Cup game against Leeds at Edgar Street earlier this season. Last season he officiated in the home game against Chester. Neither time did he book any Hereford players.

In 24 games to date he has given out 62 yellow and 2 red cards.

As reported earlier Steve Mathieson will be the man in black tomorrow evening at Rochdale.
