Lincoln are bottom on 19 with two games in hand after losing 2-1 at home to Wycombe, but they have five in hand over Stockport on 24 points. Burton are on 25 points but with games in hand in 20th, while Aldershot welcomed new boss Dean Holdsworth with a 1-1 draw at Bury to see them on 26 points alongside Macclesfield.

Port Vale are down to fourth following their derby loss 2-1 at Crewe, with the Railwaymen now a point behind in fifth. Bury are next after their draw with Gillingham, 1-0 winners over Northampton, seventh ahead of Shrewsbury and Oxford by a point. Torquay lost 2-1 at Morecambe to drop further off the pace, while Cheltenham lost 2-1 at home to Accrington to also slip down.

In the Conference Crawley have cut Wimbledon's lead to a single point after beating Kettering 2-1, one of only three games today due to FA Trophy action. All three games ended 2-1 with Kidderminster losing at Barrow and York winning at Histon.

At the foot of League One Walsall are seven points short of safety after losing 4-2 at home to Huddersfield, while Dagenham are five adrift after beating Hartlepool 1-0.
