Three Points and Bulls will top League Two

There are four League Two matches this week all taking place tomorrow (Tuesday). Two of them involve the second and third teams in the table, Hereford United and Darlington.

Darlington v Chester
Hereford v Wrexham
Rochdale v Notts County
Stockport v Mansfield

Interestingly the Darlington game starts at 7.30pm so Hereford United, the players and supporters will know the result before the end of the game at Edgar Street which, as usual, kicks off at 7.45pm.

Both Darlington and Chester lost on Saturday. Darlington being surprisingly defeated by bottom but one Mansfield. Meanwhile Chester were beaten 1-0 bt Notts County at the Deva Stadium.

Darlington would be expected to win tomorrow so the pressure is on the Bulls to make sure they take three points from bottom placed Wrexham. If they do they'll top the League Two table for the first time ever and MK Dons will drop to second position.

In the other two games home victories would be expected for both Rochdale and Stockport.

Meanwhile Keith Stroud from Hampshire is due to referee tomorrow's match at Edgar Street. He has officiated in five premiership games this season including the ten goal thriller between Spurs and Reading.

In his 26 games to date he has given out 91 yellow cards and six red cards.

Last season he was the man in the middle at Barnet when Hereford were defeated 3-0 and at Edgar Street in the FA Cup when the Bulls defeated Shrewsbury 2-0.
