The Pen is out

The Bulls have started the process of assembling next season’s squad with the signing of two of the youth team to their first contracts.

Joel Edwards, who has been given a one-year deal, is tenacious young left sided defender. He played for HUFC in the recent match against Westfields and gave a good account of himself and will benefit from the full time work and extra body building that will now be available to him. He is a local lad who came to the Youth Team from FC Phoenix.

Tyler Weir has been given a six-month deal. He is a gifted midfield player who, again, played some part in the Westfields match coming on during the later period. Weir is from Ledbury and previously spent time at Swindon Town before linking up with Hereford Youth. It is thought that his shorter contract might be the incentive he needs to push on and prove his long term worth.

In other news, it is understood that Kris Taylor has come to an agreement with The Bulls over a new deal and an announcement is expected shortly.
