Hereford United have been drawn away at Bournemouth in the Johnstone Paint Trophy. Hereford were defeated in second round last season by Exeter City at Edgar Street, whilst the previous year, United reached the semi-finals, only to lose out to MK Dons.
The last time the two sides met was at Dean Court, in April 2010, where the hosts run out 2-1 winners. Marc Pugh, now with the Cherries, scored a late consolation for Graham Turner's men, whilst the winger also struck twice in the reverse fixture as Hereford won 2-1 at Edgar Street.
The tie will probably be played on Tuesday August 30th.
