Welling are on the verge of promotion after a 1-1 draw today left their nearest rivals needing a cricket score to overtake them.
The draw with Boreham Wood left Welling six points clear of Salisbury with the Whites having two games left, but with sixteen goals to make up.
They join Chester in the Conference next season. Both Conf North and South have games next week before the play-offs begin.
