One of the disappointments of Hereford United's season to date has been that influential mid-fielder Kingsley James has missed so many games due to injury.
Yesterday he travelled with the squad and was seen on the pitch before before the game and at half-time doing some light exercise.
Apparantly he has fluid on his knee which hasn't, as yet, responded to treatment.
