Boston have been relegated from the Football League after losing 3-1 at Wrexham.
The Pilgrims took the lead through Francis Green, silencing nearly 12,000 Wrexham fans, but the travelling band of 700 saw Wrexham equalise from the penalty spot and eventually seal the game with two late goals.
Boston depart the league after five fairly indifferent years on the pitch. They never threatened promotion finishing no higher than 11th, with a sucession of players needing to be sold over the last couple of years to balance the books.
Prior to the completion of today's game, as expected, the club entered Administration - effectively docking the side 10 points this season. However the Football League has already stated its intent to review the situation.
