Chester City have named Bobby Williamson as their new manager.
The 46 year old Scot spent five years at the helm of Kilmarnock, winning the Scottish Cup, two years at Hibernian and a single full season at Plymouth when he was dismissed following a poor start to the 2005/6 season after only avoiding relegation by three points the season before.
He was chosen after the club received 22 applications for the job, reduced to five for interview, and has signed a two year deal.
