For the second season running Craig Stanley will feature for one of the two sides in the Conference play-off final in twelve days time.
Morecambe defeated York City 2-1 in the second leg of one of the semi-finals this afternoon. The first leg was a 0-0 draw.
Stanley was at the heart of the Morecambe mid-field.
To date the Lancashire side have never played in the Football League.
Last May Stanley, pictured, was still with Hereford United and played in the Conference play-off final against Halifax at the Walkers Stadium.
The Bulls met Morecambe in the play-off semi-finals and it took a 3-2 victory at Edgar Street to put Hereford in the final after the first leg was drawn at Morecambe.
Guy Ipoua scored the winner in extra-time.
However despite being offered a new contract by Graham Turner, Stanley moved to Morecambe.
This years final takes place at the new Wembley.
