Bristol Rovers have called a press conference for noon to formally announce the signing of Andy Williams.
A statement on the Rovers official site reads: "Striker Andy Williams will be unveiled to the media as a Bristol Rovers player following the completion of his transfer from Hereford United."
There is no mention of a fee being agreed, but the wording of the statement suggests that a deal has been struck without the need to go to a tribunal.
