The Bulls will wait on the results of a transfer tribunal to determine the fee that Bristol Rovers will pay for Andy Williams.
Williams, the first product of the PASE link up with Pershore College, signed a three year deal at Bristol Rovers last month but was only officially named as a Rovers man this lunchtime. The two clubs have been unable to agree a fee for the 20 year old since the season ended after the Bulls accepted a £150,000 offer in January.
Willo scored 21 times for the Bulls, including one in the Conference play-off final, in a total of 88 appearances.
