Ex-Bulls Tim Sills and Chris Hargreaves will wear the numbers 8 and 14 respectively for Torquay this coming season. Following their takeover, Boston have announced ticket prices for the Conference North season with adult admission being £12 for terrace and £14 for seating. Season ticket prices give as much as eight free games.
Chesterfield have sold midfielder Mark Allott to Oldham for an undisclosed fee. The 29 year old spent six years at Saltergate but has opted to rejoin former club Oldham than play League Two football. Grays will take Southend to court over an alleged sell-on clause following Freddy Eastwood's £2million transfer to Wolves. Chairman Mick Woodward claims that a 'handshake agreement' in front of witnesses entitles them to a chunk of the transfer.
Stockport will sell winger Ryan Crowther to Liverpool for an undisclosed fee. The 18 year old has had limited first team matches at Edgeley Park. Virgin Media has agreed a deal to show Football League highlights over their mobile and broadband networks. Full details are yet to be announced.
Bury have appointed Chris Brass as their Centre of Excellence manager. The former York boss was not offered a playing contract at the end of last season, but was invited back to training to prove his fitness. It is expected that Brass, 31, will agree non-contract playing terms after missing large chunks of last season through injury.
