Morecambe have seen their Vice Chairman quit after he was "not entirely comfortable with how the company is being managed". Graham Dodgson had held the post for 17 years. Aldershot's finances have been shored up with a cash injection from former Woking chairman Shahid Azeem, who has taken over the chairman's role from Kris Machala. Azeem has been on the board at the Rec since leaving Woking just over two years ago.

Newport Director of Football Tim Harris has blasted fans who have criticised the club over the postponement of Saturday's home game with Macclesfield. The Exiles will face a second Thursday night match as a result of the cancellation, the third on the boggy Rodney Parade pitch this season. Exiles boss Justin Edinburgh is considering a loan signing as he doesn't expect midfielder Max Porter to play again this season due to a groin problem that has kept him out for two months.

Plymouth's Supporters Trust has called on more financial transparency from the club's board after a survey of fans. 88% called for more transparency with the club struggling against relegation, saying they believed that they were getting less information about the club's finances than during Administration. Former Bulls loanee Tom Nichols has joined Conf South side Dorchester on loan from Exeter. The teenage striker has also turned out for Bath on loan this term.

Gloucester will fold unless they raise their £25,000 target by the end of the season. Telford have signed midfielder Christian Smith on non-contract terms from Nantwich Town. The 25 year old has played for a string of Conference sides including Newport and Cambridge. Braintree have signed Southend midfielder Alex Woodyard on loan to the end of the season. The 20 year old has made 12 appearances, mostly in cup competitions, for the Roots Hall outfit this term.

Southend's winding-up petition has been dismissed in the High Court after they settled their debt with the taxman. The Shrimpers were ordered to pay costs for their fourth court appointment in five years.
