Cllr Terry James' Statement


In reply to a long letter from Chelverton, the potential developers of Edgar Street, Terry James has suggested that there is no point in continuing the dialogue as their proposals are unlikely to be succesful. He states that Chelverton have not come up with a binding legal guarantee to provide sufficient funds to carry out the project. He doesn't believe that Hereford needs another supermarket and allied warehouse development.
