We looked stronger says Turner

In his post-match interview, Graham Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester that he thought his side had played better than in recent games.

"We've been too fragile over the last few matches but I thought today we looked stronger physically, we looked a bit brighter in the way we played and although there were not many chances at least we had a real go.

"I think for long periods we dominated the first half and I don't think they had a shot anywhere near our goal.

"Second half was a little bit more even but when we got the ball on breaks occassionally we should have done better. I was disappointed with our play in the final third.

"Generally battling qualities were more in evidence today and I was quite pleased about that."

Both Adam Stansfield and David Brown didn't have the best of games. Stansfield in particular was guilty of being caught offside and being penalised for tugging at opposition shirts.
