Wins for Barnet, Carlisle and Morecambe in the Conference this afternoon have kept Hereford United in seventh position in the table. Of particular note was the result at Carlisle where the visitors Accrington Stanley were defeated 2-0. David Brown was not in the Stanley squad.
The Bulls are five points behind second place Aldershot and have games in hand over every other club in the top ten positions in the league.
Hereford United's next Conference game is at Edgar Street next Saturday when Crawley Town are the visitors.
