The ideal move says Brown

Wigan based David Brown has told the NLP that his move from Edgar Street to Accrington Stanley is ideal.

Brown, who is in the final year of a sports science degree at Crewe & Alsager University, reportedly fell out of favour with Bulls' boss Graham Turner over his training schedule. He is expected to make his debut against Morecambe on Saturday.

"I enjoyed the 18 months that I spent at Hereford, and everything was good until the last few weeks, Brown told the NLP.

"I thought it was time to get myself out of the club. There was interest from a few clubs, but I came to speak to Accrington after I'd sorted out my release from Hereford and it was the ideal move for me with it being so close to home."
