Preview: Aldershot vs Hereford

Aldershot will be aiming to prevent the Bulls from continuing their 100% league record against the Shots. Four wins in four games, the last in January at the Recreation Ground with Danny Carey Bertram and David Brown scoring for the Bulls, mean that Terry Brown's men have never taken a league point from Hereford.

Hereford will likely miss Guy Ipoua, whose abortive attempt at a comeback on Saturday lasted just 17 minutes. Adam Stansfield is still two weeks from fitness, and Stacy Coldicott is awaiting news of test results. Simon Travis may make the bench in Ipoua's absence with either Graham Evans or Rob Purdie moving into the starting XI.

With Aldershot, it's almost easier to list who is available rather than who isn't. Darren Barnard made a goalscoring return to the team for the first time this season in a 15 minutes substitute appearance, and Gary Holloway came on for his second chance of Conference football after injury. Ex-Bull John Brough has managed just 12 minutes of Conference football since his summer switch and is one of six players still on the sidelines, though the Shots squad will feature five of six players currently on loan.
