Preview: Bulls vs Gravesend

Gravesend come to Hereford having recorded their biggest win on the season, but have never won a Conference match against the Bulls at Edgar Street. In three previous encounters Gravesend have only managed one point - in a 3-3 draw in September 2003, with the Bulls coming back from 2-0 down. Last season, a Jamie Pitman goal gave the Bulls a 1-0 win just before Christmas to complete a double over Gravesend.

Hereford welcome back Ryan Green after a three match ban, and he is expected to take Rob Purdie's full back place, but Adam Stansfield, Guy Ipoua, and Simon Travis are unlikely to feature. Graham Evans and Stacy Caldicott may be named on the bench if their fitness improves. Graham Turner continues to search for a new striker to cover for his injury hit front line after speaking to a player on Saturday, and an announcement is hoped for on Monday.

Team for last match: Brown, Jeannin, Purdie, Beckwith, James, Blewitt, Stanley, Pitman, Ferrell, Brady, Carey-Bertram.

Gravesend will be missing Onome Sodje the on loan Charlton striker, after he was dismissed for a serious foul after just 13 minutes of his substitute appearance on Saturday, but have no new injury worries from the weekend.

Team for last match: Holloway, Protheroe, Graham-Smith, McCarthy, Skinner, Slatter, Bowry, Saunders, Jackson, Drury, MacDonald.
