Paul Fairclough, the Barnet manager, is reported to have 100k to spend in the transfer window and is said to want to improve his strikeforce.
According to the Barnet Times, the Bees missed a host of chances last Saturday against Bury which has prompted Fairclough to look for a new player.
"We are losing games because we are not scoring. We are looking for new players but we won't just spend what money we have got on something for the sake of it. It's got to be what's right for us," he said.
Compared with the free-scoring last season, finding the net this campaign has proved difficult. In ten home league games, the Bees have scored only ten times. Even Grazioli has only scored five in the league to date.
Fairclough is known to be keen only on recruiting young players and, with limited funds, it seems inevitable he will shop in non-league circles.
The paper suggests that strikers Andy Bishop (York City), Craig Mackail-Smith (Dagenham & Redbridge) and Danny Carey-Bertram (Hereford United), all of whom have been picked by Fairclough in the past to represent the England U23 side, will invariably come into the frame.
