Shots Boss Bounces Back With November Award

Aldershot manager Terry Brown has received the Manager Of The Month award for November after dramatically turning their season around.

Three straight league wins and an FA Cup victory has given Brown maximum marks in the month. Burton and Accrington also achieved three league victories, but Accrington were beaten in the FA Cup and Burton required a replay to reach Round Two.

Worksop's Ronne Glavin and Garry Hill of Weymouth won the Conf North and South awards.

Aldershot's FA Cup match with Scunthorpe tomorrow faces an 8am pitch inspection after heavy rain in Aldershot left the pitch waterlogged. If the tie is postponed it could mean more fixture congestion for the Bulls as Scunthorpe are still to play the LDV match with Halifax to decide the Bulls opponents and, with the FA Cup taking precedence over the LDV, a postponement will almost certainly mean the Third Round match for the Bulls will be postponed into the New Year.

Meanwhile, in other news, ex-Bull Gavin Williams has extended his loan at Ipswich for another month after scoring once in three starts for the club.
