Earlier this week former Crawley manager Francis Vines decided to take his former employers to court, now it looks as though Ian Huxham, formerly with Exeter, is going to follow suit.
Exeter has revealed that they have received formal notification that Huxham has issued proceedings against the Club.
Huxham claims that he was constructively dismissed from his position as Managing Director of Exeter City AFC Ltd and is claiming £104,999-99 in compensation.
The club says that he resigned last October and, having taken legal advice, beleives
it has acted reasonably and lawfully at all times and it has not committed any act of wrongdoing towards Mr Huxham. The Club therefore intends defending itself in relation to all aspects of Mr Huxham's claim.
Meanwhile it is reported that the loan of Exeter's Les Afful to Yeovil is not going ahead after all.
