Travis admits we didn't play well.

Simon Travis, speaking on BBC Hereford and Worcester after this afternoon's game, admitted that "we didn't play particularly well today."

"If we are going to acheive anything this season we've got to win games. All credit to them, they were hardworking, they were organised and made it difficult for us to play and they will be aggreived possibly that they didn't come away with anything.

"We knew they were going to come out second-half and get at us. Fair play to the lad that scored the goal (Danny Brown) it was a fanastic strike. They fought well to get back into the game. At one stage it looked as though it wasn't going to be our day. But we persevered and eventually came up with the goods."

Travis spoke about Ipoua's winning goal.

"It was a fanastic header. The ball didn't have much pace on it going towards the back stick. He's a strong lad as he showed with that header which went into the far corner."

Rob Purdie was subbed late in the first half and replaced by Danny Carey-Bertram.

"Rob had not been feeling very well. He's got a bit of flu. He had it yesterday. He tried today to see how much he would get out of the game.

"He was obviously struggling, so it wasn't tactical, just the fact that Rob was ill."

Today's victory was the second double of the season and the second time the Bulls have won two games in a row in the League. In the last twenty games Hereford United have only lost twice.
