Bulls bolster squad for run in

Hereford United have added two players to their injury hit side ready for the season run-in, reports the Hereford United Official Website. Robbie King, a 19 year-old centre midfielder from Colchester United has signed as has centre back Matthew Halliday, from Norwich City.

Both players have signed on a work experience basis. King is currently captain of Colchesters youth side and has appeared in the successful first team three times to date, this season. King is 5 ft 11" and weighs 12st 5lbs. He comes in for cover as Jamie Pitman remains on the sidelines and Stacy Caldicott is out on loan gaining some match fitness at Cambridge United.

Halliday will act as cover at the back as Tony James remains injured and United had not replaced Darren Blewitt, whose loan ended at the start of the year. The signing of a defender comes at a convenient time, as Alex Jeannin must serve a four-match ban.
