Exeter will copy the Bulls youth side setup next season, in a partnership with Exeter College.
The Bulls link up with Pershore College on the PASE scheme has already reaped rewards with Andy Williams coming through the first crop of youngsters, and several other players including Sam Gwynne have featured in the first team for HFA cup matches.
Exeter, who are due to lose a £62,000 grant at the end of the season if they fail to return to the Football League, decided to end their youth policy due to the cost despite the number of graduates currently plying their trade in the Grecians senior squad.
