Faced with four tough fixtures in a row, Stevenage, Gravesend, Morecambe and Accrington, Graham Turner admitted to BBC Hereford and Worcester that he would like everybody fit for those games.
"But it's not going to happen and what we've got now is the experience we've had over the last two seasons where we've done ever so well late in the season in the preparation of players and the preparation of the team.
"We have to say Accrington are looking very strong. I watched them on the television against Morecambe on Monday. They won comfortably and they're going ever so well.
"We need a dramatic downturn in their form if we're going to have any chance of finishing top. But the minimum is to finish in the play-offs."
Turning to the two new players that Turner has recruited to Edgar Street, the manager spoke about both of them.
"Young Matthew Halliday from Norwich - we had their reserves watched recently and he was impressive so we brought him in.
"And eventually, when we do eventually see him, Robbie King from Colchester. Obviously there have been delays whilst they have been involved in the FA Cup. He's been in and around the first team squad - he's played several games in the first team this season. We've just had word there is a family bereavement which is holding him up coming up to us at the moment.
"So I'm not quite sure whether he will be available for Monday. We're hoping so, but in order for him to do anything he's got to come out and have a few days training with us. You can't expect a young player to turn up on our door-step and play first time without meeting the other players.
"They've both got points to prove to their existing clubs and the experience will do them the power of good.
Turner then spoke about the scouting system.
"Down the London area - Nicky Nicolau's background was Southend, before Swindon, so we've got good contacts down there now. And there is a good league that takes place down there. We've had Darren Blewitt from West Ham. We know quite a few people down there, so there are good contacts."
