Below is the Sky Sports preview of the big game tomorrow:
Graham Turner's Hereford United bid to end their nine-year exile from The Football League as they take on Halifax Town live on Sky Sports 1 tomorrow.
United head into the Conference play-off final as the favourites, after finishing second in the league five points above their opponents.
Their extra time victory over Morecambe in the semi-finals has got the fans and manager thinking this will be the year for The Bulls.
"I've held the belief all season that we're a good side," Turner revealed. "We've finished above everybody else apart from Accrington, so our style of play, our pattern of play and everything we look for, has been good enough.
"Going into the game will hold no fears for us. We respect Halifax. They're a decent side and they've got a lot of experience - but we look forward to it."
But The Shaymen are no mugs, they overcame the odds to beat FA Trophy winners Grays Athletic 5-4 on aggregate in their semi-finals.
Halifax boss Chris Wilder is happy to take on the tag of underdogs, and complete the financial and footballing turnaround for the club that he embarked upon in July 2002.
"We weren't expected to be in this position this season, so Hereford will definitely go into the game as favourites," Wilder commented.
"We count ourselves as underdogs and that's just being realistic. There are a lot of similarities between the two sides, but they are possibly two or three years ahead of where we are in terms of how we'd like our club to move forward.
"All our players want to play in The Football League, and I certainly want to manage in The Football League, so there's a chance here we all have to grab."
The home team won in the two league meetings between the sides this season. Halifax came out on top 2-1 at The Shay, while United picked up all three points at Edgar Street.
Each team heads into the crucial tie at Leicester City's Walkers Stadium with near clean bills of health.
Hereford just miss defender Tony James (groin), while Town are still without defender Greg Young because of a dislocated shoulder.
Coverage begins at 5.15pm on Sky Sports 1 and the game itself kicks off at 5.30pm.
