We want a big crowd says Trewick

The Hereford United coach, John Trewick, has told the Worcester News that a big crowd at Leicester will help the Bulls.

"People around the town are getting excited about the final and rightly so. This is Hereford's biggest game for many, many years and everyone is looking forward to it.

"Ticket sales in the last couple of days have been fantastic. I think we are outselling Halifax by three to one. That's wonderful and it's what we want.

"We want a big crowd on Saturday, simple as that, and the players always respond to that. The supporters have got an important part to play."

"There's one or two little niggles here and there, but nothing too serious. We hope to have a fully-fit squad by Saturday. We are trying to keep preparations nice and relaxed.

"We need to make sure we are the best we can be, preparation-wise. Nothing can be left to chance."

Meanwhile Craig Stanley is hopeful of promotion.

"Over the past two seasons, we have fallen at the semi-final, but this time it is different after beating Morecambe.

"If I play, it will be the biggest moment of my career when we take to the field in the Walkers Stadium."
