Boston have rejected a six figure offer from Darlington for striker Julian Joachim.
The bid, believed to have been a large five-figure bid plus incentives, was rejected after discussions by the Boston board. Darlington have had similar bids for Hartlepool's Joel Porter and Carlisle's Michael Bridges also rejected.
Stafford boss Phil Robinson has signed four player, including former FGR striker Guy Madjo. Madjo, 22, was an instant hit at The Lawn and terrorised the Bulls defence in two Xmas games last season, but his form tailed off towards the end of the season and was released.
Shrewsbury have signed former Torquay captain James Sharp. The centre-back left Torquay in the summer and has signed a one month deal. Peterboro have signed defender Stuart Wall after his release from Coventry. The 19 year old was a former trainee at London Road.
Halifax have won the chase for former Middlesboro and Cardiff striker Andy Campbell. The 27 year old moved to Cardiff for £950,000 in 2002 but managed just 32 starts in four years. He will join 24 year old striker Steve Torpey, not to be confused with the 36 year old veteran currently playing for Scunthorpe, signed from FC United of Manchester last week.
