The Bulls lost 4-1 in today's League Two match at Mansfield's Field Mill.
Sub Alan Connell scored his first goal in a Bulls shirt but it was little more than a consolation as the home side dominated the game from start to finish. Radio reports said that several Bulls fans left the match early in the second half after the third Mansfield goal went in, and the Stags had two more goals disallowed.
It is the first time the Bulls have conceded four times since Boxing Day 2004 and the players can expect to be called in to an inquest tomorrow similar to the defeat at Barnet three weeks ago.
