Boston manager Steve Evans and former Chairman Pat Malkinshaw will be sentenced on Friday November 3rd after admitting their guilt over tax evasion charges.
Dagenham are believed to be waiting in the wings to sue for damages after the illegal activities cost them the place in the Football League that Boston currently hold, but the club have refused to comment until the case is resolved.
