Graham to ref Swindon game

Fred Graham from Essex is to referee next Saturday's away game at Swindon.

The last time the Bulls played at Swindon in December 2001 the referee was Phil Joslin.

He was accused of missing a possible penalty which had it been converted could have changed the result of the Second Round FA Cup game.

With fifteen minutes left, Gavin Williams was brought down in the Swindon box with an elbow. The referee failed to notice the incident, and no penalty was awarded. reported HU-FC.co.uk at the time.

One minute later Swindon went 3-2 ahead and eventually won the tie.

The Hereford line-up on the day was:

Matt Baker, Matt Clarke, Tony Capaldi, Scott Goodwin, Ian Wright (captain), Tony James, Jimmy Quiggin (off, 83 minutes), John Snape, Rob Elmes (off, 83 minutes), Gavin Williams, and Paul Parry.

Subs: Mark Williams, Lee Evans, Alex Kevan (on, 83 minutes), Steve Piearce, and Danny Davidson (on, 83 minutes)

Scorers: Danny Invincible - Swindon (11 minutes), Gavin Williams - Hereford (14 minutes), Ian Wright - Hereford (27 minutes), Paul Edwards - Swindon (53 minutes), Bobby Howe - Swindon (76 minutes).
