League Two Results Round-Up

Paul Ince's Macclesfield Town (as they will now be known) held the lead twice but lost 3-2 at home to Mansfield. The attendance of 2599 was the biggest of the season and 500 up on their average. In the other relegation spot, Boston lost 1-0 to Wycombe (3rd). Both sides had a man sent off with Boston's Drewe Broughton being dismissed on his debut on loan from Chester. Boston are now three points inside the relegation zone, and Macclesfield 10, after Barnet's 1-0 win over Chester.

At the top Lincoln move top after their 1-0 win over Swindon (4th), while Walsall slip to second after a goalless draw with MK Dons (6th). Notts County stay fifth after a 1-0 home loss to Bury, and Peterboro round out the play-off spots after twice coming from behind for a 2-2 draw with 10-man Grimsby.

Hartlepool and Darlington shared the points in a 0-0 draw, as did Torquay and Shrewsbury , and Stockport won 3-1 at Rochdale. In the other game Wrexham beat Bristol Rovers 2-0.
