Premium TV Gets DRM

Premium TV, the suppliers of pay content for most Football League clubs, is to introduce Digital Rights Management to tackle the problem of pirated content.

Whilst not directly affecting Bulls fans, several that do not live within the broadcast area of BBC Herefrod and Worcester have relied on the service to provide match commentary on Bulls matches.

The implementation of Digital Rights Management will affect users of non-Windows computers and, in some cases, those running earlier versions of Windows meaning that they cannot access the service. It will also prevent a single login being used on multiple PCs. Premium TV believes that up to 15% of it's subscribers will be affected by the move.
