Two more people, Accountant Brian James and Book-keeper Ian Lee, have been cleared at Southwark Crown Court over their alleged involvement in the £300,000 tax evasion case.
Only Manager Steve Evans and former Chairman Pat Malkinshaw, who admitted their guilt at the start of the trial, will now face sentencing.
James told the Court how board meetings would be held at inconvienient times: "Board meetings were held at lunchtime in the middle of the week and about twice a month when most people could not make it. The meetings were held in the Boardroom at the Club, but none of the decisions were taken there, they were taken elsewhere."
A jury took six hours to clear the pair of involvement in the five year scam. Evans and Malkinshaw will be sentenced later.
