Tony Pennock's allegiance will be sorely tested next Saturday when Newport County meet Swansea City in the FA Cup.
The former Hereford 'keeper is currently playing for Newport but is a goalkeeping coach at Swansea.
Pennock will miss the game as he is recovering from a broken leg.
"It's a bit of an awkward situation, but as long as 'we' win I don't care! That's my answer to everybody at the moment!"
Pennock, now 35, joined Hereford United from Wigan in 1994. He didn't stay long and his record wasn't one he would boast about.
In just 13 games for the Bulls he kept one clean sheet and soon moved on to Yeovil where he stayed for six years.
