No Early-Bird Tickets for Cup Game

Bristol Rovers and Hereford United have agreed not to sell 'early-bird' tickets for the Third Round FA Cup game on Friday January 5th.

The decision appears to have been taken after discussions between the two clubs. Sources suggest that the clubs feel the attendance will be good and supporters will be happy to pay the full price.

Hereford have been allocated around 1700 tickets of which about 550 are for seats. The capacity of the ground is about 11,000. Visiting supporters are usually allowed 15% or more of the capacity.

About half the seats behind the goal will be given over to Hereford. At the last game between the two clubs played on a very wet evening in late September, away supporters who had purchased terrace tickets were allowed to move to seats which were under cover.
