Torquay may have just 11 fit outfield players for tomorrow's match, and are sweating on the fitness of four more.
Defender Stev Angus will travel with the squad after missing three weeks, striker Jamie Ward (knee) was named on the bench but was never likely to feature on Tuesday, while attacking midfielder Kevin Hill (back) and striker Lee Thorpe (hamstring) were both withdrawn during that game and the quartet will all face fitness tests. Hill and Angus are expected to feature tomorrow, according to the official Torquay site.
Torquay are without defender Craig Taylor and winger Martin Phillips, while veteran striker Micky Evans retired from football two weeks ago and midfield loanee Michael Leary quit the club last week after complaining of being homesick.
Should Thorpe and Ward both miss the game, first year pro Jordan Robertson will be the club's only fit striker, having made his debut just three weeks ago. He made his first start, and scored, in Tuesday's draw with Wrexham.
