Good reports about Stockport says Turner

"A very strong side and very direct is the report we had on Stockport when they defeated Wrexham 1-0 last Tuesday night," Graham Turner, the Hereford United manager, has told BBC Hereford and Worcester in advance of tomorrow's game between the two clubs at Edgar Street.

"Uncomplicated but very powerful side.

"We have got to be able to match that. We've got to have that mental courage to get the ball down and pass it."

Turner will have almost all of his squad available for selection except Glyn Thompson, the reserve goalkeeper who is still injured and Stuart Fleetwood who has gone to Accrington on loan for a month.

Steve Jennings, who was subbed last Tuesday, should be fit.

Meanwhile Stockport's manager Jim Gannom has spoken to the Manchester Evening News about Hereford.

"Hereford are a good side who play some good football with a distinctive 3-4-1-2 formation," said Gannon.

"We've been working on tactics and it should be a good match-up."
