Nicolau returns to Edgar Street

Nicky Nicolau, who was on loan at Edgar Street for a short spell last season, returned to Hereford yesterday but this time was in the colours of Barnet.

Nicolau came on as a substitute mid-way through the second half.

His manager Paul Fairclough thought that the outcome of the game was a fair result.

"We were in a form of control in the first half and I thought that Hereford were getting frustrated in their play.," he told the League Paper.

"I was very dissapointed with the way we defended the first goal. After that we were chasing everything."
