The Hereford United manager has told his players to "get themselves right" in time for next Saturday's game against MK Dons.
"The players must get themselves right and play with some spark because it is now a big challenge for us next week," said Turner according to Sky.
"We must analyse why we are so flat. We have not kept a clean sheet in our last five games. There was nothing in this game but we lacked a cutting edge."
Meanwhile coach John Trewick has also commented.
"They (Accrington) scored a wonderful goal from 30 yards but the killer blow came in the second half from a free kick," said Trewick.
"In the last couple of games we have struggled to lift ourselves and put in slack performances.
"It is difficult to accept as there are seven games to go and we want to finish as high as we can in the league.
"But at the moment we haven't got the spark that is needed to turn the game our way."
