Results Round Up

Torquay thrashed Wycombe 3-0 in the unlikeliest scoreline of the day, but they remain six points adrift at the bottom as Boston also won - 2-1 at home to Bristol Rovers - thanks to two Albert Jarrett goals in the first ten minutes. They join Wrexham and Accrington on 35 points after Accrington lost 2-0 at Swindon (3rd).

Macclesfield will face an automatic FA fine after they had eight booked in their 2-2 draw with Shrewsbury, Matt Tipton scoring both their goals, and Rochdale played out a goal-less draw with Darlington.

Up the top, Walsall cut Hartlepool's lead at the top to three points after a 1-0 win over Chester. Peterboro hammered MK Dons (5th) 4-0 to reignite their play-off push, but they remain five points short of seventh place. Stockport (6th) had their record breaking run ended by Barnet as Oliver Allen scored for the fourth game running to halt their clean sheet record at 862 minutes and help the Bees to a 3-1 win.
