Saturday Too Soon For Jennings

The Bulls are likely to be without Stephen Jennings for tomorrow's clash with MK Dons, with Graham Turner acknowledging that the game is probably too early for the midfielder to come back from injury.

Turner told the local press: "Jennings has progressed well but I do not think he will be ready for this weekend, although there is a very good chance he will be back to fitness in time for the games over Easter."

Jennings has been a hit at Edgar Street, playing nine times since his arrival in January on loan from Tranmere, but the club have not won since he was forced out of the side early in the second half against Hartlepool at the start of the month.

MK Dons are expected to give a debut to loan winger Albert Jarrett after he missed last week's draw with Walsall with an ankle knock but Aaron Wilbraham, Jamie Smith, Sam Page, and Paul Mitchell all miss out on the trip to Edgar Street. Last week's MK Dons side that drew with Walsall saw just five start out of the same team that lost to the Bulls at the National Hockey Stadium in October.
