Speaking after yesterday's game at Peterborough, Rob Purdie told BBC Hereford and Worcester that it had been a day to forget.
"If you give a decent or a good team a start like we did then they can get their confidence up and be a brilliant team and that showed today.
"We didn't touch the ball before the first goal.
"You can't do that against a side in this League that are in the top half, especially at home on a pitch that played quite well
"In the first twenty minutes we were absolutely nowhere."
Posh manager Darren Ferguson was pleased.
"It was a fantastic start - exactly the start I had asked for to get a good tempo to the game and get in their faces.
"The important thing was to get the second one so quickly after the first and after that I couldn't see anything else but a victory."
