News Round Up

Macclesfield boss Paul Ince has not ruled out playing one more match to help his side out. The former England midfielder has not played senior football since a 45 minute appearance for Swindon last September, but may put himself on the bench for the final two games 'just in case'.

Keith Alexander is the front runner to be the new manager at Aldershot. The former Lincoln and Peterboro boss left the Posh in January and is believed to have competition from Graham Rix and Graham Westley, who is currently caretaker boss at Kettering.

Mansfield are to release striker Barry Conlon in the summer. The former Darlington forward scored five in 15 for the club after a January move, including one at Edgar Street, but manager Billy Dearden doesn't believe the striker has performed.
