Shrewsbury manager Gary Peters was disappointed with losing to Wrexham last night at the last but one home game to be played at the Gay Meadow.
Shrewsbury travel to Edgar Street on Saturday then face Grimsby at home a week later.
"The tempo of the game of was good and it was an exciting game for everybody but I think our selection of passes was poor and we didn't do well enough the score goals," Peters told the Shrewsbury website.
"If you don't keep possession then you don't make chances and we didn't make enough chances. It's about concentration and not making any mistakes but we made the mistake to let them in.
"We've got to get on with it though, we've got two games left that we need to win. We can't sulk too long, we've got to let the disappointment sink in and then use it to make sure that we win on Saturday and the following Saturday."
Shrewsbury had just three shots on target last night.
