A number of ex-Bulls have enrolled in a "Professional Football Management" course being run by Warwick Business School. Included in the students are Phil Robinson, Steve Guinan, Marcus Browning, and Keith Downing.

Torquay have appointed Exeter assistant manager Paul Buckle as their new boss. Buckle, 36, spent 18 months as a player at Plainmoor in the mid 90's and was still an active member of the Exeter squad. Chester have signed striker Nathan Lowndes from Port Vale on a two year deal. 29 year old Lowndes previous played under manager Bobby Williamson at Plymouth, and failed to score in 12 first team outings last season.

Rushden's ambitions plans for the new season continue with the capture of midfielder Martin Foster from Oxford. The 29 year old battler was offered new terms at the Kassam Stadium but has opted for Nene Park. Bristol Rovers bagged £50,000 in merchandise sales from their play-off final match, and staff are still struggling to complete orders a week after the match.
