Mowbray talks about the Hereford friendly

Tony Mowbray has been telling the press of his plans for this evening's friendly at Edgar Street.

Nathan (Duke) Ellington is expected to partner Sherjill MacDonald.

"Nathan has shown a great attitude and application to his training in pre-season," said the Albion manager.

"He'll get 90 minutes tonight and he's got to go out there and give it his best shot so that he'll have a fair chance of playing at Bristol Rovers on Tuesday, the club he started at and played for.

"He could play a big part in that game, the ball is in his court and we're looking for him to score which we know he can do."

"Nobody who played on Wednesday at Northampton will play at Hereford. It will be a completely different 11 tonight and we'll see how we go.

"It's about getting the players fit, which is why everyone played the full 90 minutes on Wednesday and if we don't get any knocks or injuries tonight then they'll play 90 mins as well."
