No Collin this evening

Workington goalkeeper Adam Collin did not take part in the friendly this evening at Edgar Street. It is presumed he has not impressed Graham Turner enough to earn a contract and so has returned north. Workington wanted a fee for Collin.

There was one trialist previously unseen who played this evening. Alister John, a 19 year old stocky right-winger with a little bit of trickery, played for around 60 minutes before being replaced by Lionel Ainsworth who has featured in all three friendlies.

John, pictured, comes from Charlton. He is also beleived to be having a trial at Gillingham.

Out of the new players already signed, Kris Taylor appeared very competent in midfield when he came on and Clint Easton, who can play in midfield or central defence, also looks a useful addition.

Of the unsigned trialists one in particular who had a good spell was defender Joey Hutchinson, first seen at Bath last Tuesday.
